Hi! I'm Ron Rael.
For some compelling yet unacknowledged reason, at the age of seven I’ve acquired the burning desire to lead. But every time I was in charge of a project or team, I crashed and burned. I was smart and the people were loyal and committed, so what was wrong? I didn’t know how to leader! Yet, when I asked for coaching and mentoring, I was told, “Figure it out on your own. That’s how I learned to lead.”
Only 2% of the more than 14,000 leaders whom I coached received formal leadership training from their employer. The rest had to figure it out and like me, they wanted to stop failing at leading teams and projects.
